Project & Financial Manager

In 2020, Neuraspace was founded with one purpose: fighting space debris with AI. Today we are another step closer to achieving our vision of a vibrant Circular Economy in Space, by empowering satellite operators, space agencies and other stakeholders to address Space Operations with AI, ensuring Space is both a Safe Environment and a Profitable Market. We have successfully raised €2.5 million with Armilar Ventures to accelerate the commercialisation of our proprietary artificial intelligence platform - an advanced space debris monitoring and satellite collision avoidance system.

Project and financial management of the company’s co-funded projects (e.g PRR).

Accounting and Financial management.

• Management of co-funded projects, in close communication with the funding entities and Neurapsace management and technical team;
• Preparation and conduct of project’s meetings, coordination of follow-up of actions, including assessing project milestones and objectives;
• Preparation of reports and payment requests for co-financed projects;
• Preparation of financial reports for the administration.
• Preparing and monitoring the business plan, annual budget and periodic forecasts;
• Financial planning, annual and monthly, and current treasury management;
• Accounting and Tax supervision.

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other justified with relevant experience;
• Minimum of 6 years of proven professional experience in similar functions;
• Technical knowledge is considered a plus;
• Registration in the Order of Certified Accountants is considered a plus;
• Experience in accounting and financial management;
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software;
• Proven experience in support and management of co-financed Projects (PT2020, H2020, etc.);
• Experience in projects with the European Space Agency.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
